Automate complex recycling industry settlements, now done automatically.
Inbound data and processing results automatically become the basis for settlement.
Track every transaction by inbound order — SO and PO generate automatically once finalized.

Settlement is processed per Inbound Order.
From the moment an IO is created, all related data is automatically connected and tracked: inbound records, processing runs, and output commodities.
Every settlement in Joodra Works is tied to an Inbound Order (IO).
Settlement is performed based on Single Runs. Batch Runs combine commodities from multiple IOs and are excluded from IO-based settlement. We recommend completing settlement per supplier before starting a Batch Run.

For example, if 100kg of electronic waste is received from Supplier A, sorting occurs under that IO to produce outputs such as PCB, steel, and precious metals. When you open the settlement page, the entire process is already captured. See what came in and how much, what was processed, and what came out. No manual entry. No reconciliation.

Choose your settlement basis
Settlement timing varies across recycling operations. Some businesses settle on inbound quantities, some after initial processing, and some only after all processing is completed.
Settle directly from received quantities, regardless of processing results. Use this when settlement must follow inbound records exactly.

Enter prices to complete settlement
For each commodity, specify whether it is a charge or pay item and enter the unit price. Add and set fees — such as freight cost, TAD, and audit — per commodity product. All quantities are pre-populated and values are automatically pulled from processing data. No need for manual entry or verification.

Finalize. Documents generate automatically.
Once pricing is complete, finalize your settlement with a single click. When finalized, Joodra Works automatically generates Sales Order (SO) and pay items automatically generate Purchase Order (PO). Invoices can be issued immediately.
Once finalized, the record locks and settlement values feed directly into COGS calculations.
